OUR WORK AND IMPACT SPOTLIGHT
Ezer Mamapreneurs is committed to supporting women to develop and manage sustainable ventures that are resilient, adaptive and innovative through specific projects geared to empower, finance and guide women entrepreneurs. Our projects center on nurturing these entrepreneurs to ultimately achieve financial independence.
1
Community fund
Sustainable financing through our community fund ensures that our women can grow their businesses with low interest loans. For every cycle, the contributions we receive to the fund goes directly to form part of the capital used to support a new woman's business. This fund is sustainable and key to the development of our entrepreneurs.
3
incubator hub access
This project introduces our women to tailored incubator startup facilities in Ghana notably Ghana Innovation Hub, African Impact Initiative, UNICEF Startup Lab and Orange Corners Ghana. Ezer liaises with these facilities to present value-added capacity where our women will be exposed to competitive and innovative entrepreneurial strategies.
2
ezer bootcamp
Relevant training that addresses capacity building designed uniquely for women with little to no formal education is provided at our Bootcamp. Through workshops, one-on-one mentoring as well as training on new vocational skills, we cover essential topics such as business planning, marketing, financial literacy, customer relations and management skills.
4
marketing support
Ezer provides our women with modern marketing platforms covering traditional and social media tools to bring their products and services to the front of their consumer's minds. Through this project, we also empower them to use all tools available to them to market themselves and their businesses.
